01 · The Panel

Start here — the whole add-on in one panel

This is the full LED VOLUME panel. Click any block — on the screenshot or in the list — to jump to its chapter.

02 · Walls & Templates

One line per wall

The top of the LED VOLUME panel: the wall list and the global wall tools. Tap a highlight on the screenshot — or an entry in the list — to see what each control does.

LED VOLUME Walls panel
1

Registration status — ✓ Registered, or ⓘ Unregistered · 1 wall

2

Colour chip — identity of the wall in the viewport

3

Mounting mode

4

Live X · Y · Z position (m)

5

Group tick — ticked walls move together

6

Show / hide wall

7

Add · Remove · Duplicate · Delete all walls

8

Templates — click this row for the three ready-made stage presets below (key required)

9

Auto Collapse — on by default: opening a block folds the others, accordion-style. Clicking a block's title toggles it like the arrow

10

Center View — frames the active wall in the viewport

Click a wall line to select its move handle in the 3D viewport; clicking a wall in the viewport selects it back in the list. Tick several walls and the Position fields, Rotate and Center Wall drive all ticked walls at once, keeping their spacing.
Free version: 1 wall. Your FREE key (Gumroad) unlocks 10 walls and the Templates. Enter it in Preferences > Add-ons > LED VOLUME, then Save Preferences.

Templates — one click, a complete stage

The Templates row (highlight 8 above) replaces the current walls with a complete, hand-tuned stage (registered version).

XR Studio Set
XR Studio Set — main wall, 90° side wall and LED floor
Concert Set

03 · Position

Move walls precisely from the panel

The fields drive every ticked wall together, keeping their spacing.

LED VOLUME Position panel
1

Side (left / right) — moves the wall on its X axis

2

Depth (push / pull) — moves the wall on its Y axis

3

Height (down / up) — Freestanding, Rigged and Ceiling walls move freely; Ground Stacked and Scaffolding stay on the ground / LED floor

4

Rotate — rotation around vertical

5

Center Wall — brings the wall (or all ticked walls) back to X 0 / Y 0

The fields show the ACTIVE wall and apply the change as a delta to every wall whose group tick is on — a full stage slides or rotates as one, spacing intact. Values are live: dragging a wall in the viewport updates them instantly.
04 · Tile Model

The physical tile behind the wall

Pick the tile the wall is built from — the pixel pitch follows.

LED VOLUME Tile Model panel
1

Tile Model — the physical tile (e.g. 500 × 500 mm, LED Floor Tile)

2

Pixel Pitch (mm) — drives the pixel canvas in INFO

Tile Model dropdown open
The dropdown — LED Floor Tile is applied automatically for LED floors
Switching a wall's Mounting to LED Floor selects the LED Floor Tile automatically; switching back to any other mode restores your tile and pixel pitch.
05 · Mounting

How the wall stands

How the wall stands — or lies: six modes, from freestanding to a walkable LED floor.

LED VOLUME Mounting panel
1

Current mounting mode of the selected wall

2

Freestanding — no accessories

3

Ground Stacked — stacking hardware

4

Rigged (Truss) — hangers + truss, height from floor

5

Scaffolding — base plates, rear bridge, towers

6

Ceiling Mounted — hangs the wall face-down at a set height above the floor

7

LED Floor — turns the wall into a walkable LED floor, Tile Model follows

The modes in pictures — hover a mode above to spot it

Ground Stacked — stacking hardware
Rigged wall
Rigged (Truss) — hangers + truss, height from floor
Scaffolding wall
Scaffolding — base plates, rear bridge, towers
LED floor
LED Floor — walkable floor, Tile Model follows automatically
LED Floor turns the wall into an LED floor — the Tile Model follows automatically. Switch to any other mode to turn it back: tile and pixel pitch are restored.
Everything snaps onto LED floors: ground-based walls (Freestanding, Ground Stacked, Scaffolding) sit on top when they overlap it — and your own objects do too: any object lifts onto the floor surface when its geometry actually touches it, and returns to its original height when dragged off.
06 · Size & Shape

Tiles, metres and curved wings

Wall dimensions in tiles or metres, plus curved extensions on both sides.

LED VOLUME Size and Shape panel
1

Width / height — tiles and metres stay in sync

2

Curve — angle between adjacent tiles (deg/tile)

3

Left / Right Extension — click to enable a wing

4

Hinge — angle of the wing at the joint with the center wall

5

Reset the whole block

Center wall + hinged wings

Top view: center wall with hinged wings
Each section has its own width, curve and hinge — here: left wing hinged at 90°, right wing hinged at 45° and curved 10°/tile
Curve is set per tile — exactly how real curved LED panels are specified by their connector angle. The INFO block always shows the combined size of all enabled sections.
07 · Display

What the wall shows

Four modes: Off, Load a picture, Grid, Info — plus brightness, bloom and true screen colours.

LED VOLUME Display panel
1

Display mode (Off · Load a picture · Grid · Info)

2

Loaded picture (PNG / JPG…)

3

Fit to Screen — fills the wall, no distortion

4

Manual — free scale + offset

5

LED Brightness + picture brightness / contrast

6

Bloom — whole-scene glow

7

True Screen Colors — exact 1:1 file colours (Standard view transform)

Display off
Off — screen black, structure visible
Picture loaded on the wall
Load a picture — your content on the wall
Grid display mode
Grid — numbered tiles for mapping checks
Info display mode
Info — specs + circle/cross alignment
Bloom glow
Bloom — post-process glow around the emissive wall
Load a picture displays any image mapped across the whole wall, tile by tile. Use True Screen Colors to check content at its exact file colours; leave it off for the AgX film look when doing light-mood work. Bloom is shared by the whole scene and shows in renders and in the viewport (rendered shading).
08 · Studio Assets

The environment around your walls

Top to bottom: Floor, Human, Studio, Light Box.

LED VOLUME Studio Assets panel
1

Floor — backdrop plane + Floor Scale

2

Human — 1.75 m reference figure. Hoodie colour + printed back logo (your PNG, auto-sized)

3

Studio — sound-stage set piece. Studio Lights slider drives 16 real area lights + fixtures; Light Color tints them

4

Light Box — white softbox room with 2 big area lights. One slider (watts) and one colour drive both

5

Relationship Lines — Blender's dashed parent lines on/off

Light Box and Studio are exclusive: turning one on hides the other (the floor follows the Studio).
